All deliveries must be signed for, so please ensure that someone is available to accept the parcel. On the day of delivery, DPD will provide a 2-hour delivery window notification. Please do not redirect your parcel to a local pickup shop. Due to the size of some parcels, certain collection points may refuse them, which will result in delays to your order and you will be charged for redelivery.
